Step 1: Select your graphic design package

Go to logo design package page or corporate identity package page and choose the package best suit to you.

We have 5 different packages that offer different level of services such as number of concept and revision for your graphic design.

Step 2: Creative brief

Upon placing your order, we will assign you a project manager and send you a short questionnaire with a few basic questions about your needs, style preferences, examples of logos you may like and dislike. You can discuss with your account managers if you need help describing what you want.

Step 3: View and comment your initial design concept

Your initial design concept will be ready for you to view in your online account in 4 business days for logo design project or 5 business days for corporate design project.

Remember, this is only rough sketches, broad outlines and brainstorming process. The first concepts and initial drafts you see are designed to get your feedback and give the right direction.

Step 4: Development of design

Once you choose your initial design concept. We will ask you to provide us an additional project brief on what change you want to make on your design project. You will see the revision of your project in 4 business days after you complete the revision brief.

Step 5: Revisions final stage of design

Finalise the selected design with the final layout, high resolution images, fonts, colours, etc.

Step 6: Business cards and stationery

Once we perfect your logo design, we will start working on your business cards and stationery design if you order. By ordering corporate identity package, we can ensure an integrated and consistent look and feel of your brand identity.

Step 7: Final files and art work

After the approve of final project, you can download your project in print formats (EPS) and web formats (JPEG, GIF, TIFF) from your online account within one business day of the approval.
