Refund Policy

OneNetDesign operates a 7 Day Risk Free Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your OneNetDesign Web Hosting package and OneNetDesign EBComz package, you have the right to a full refund (excluding any Set Up Fees, Addon Fees, SSL certificate Fees, IP dedicated Fees and Domain Name Registration Fees).

To claim your refund, please open a ticket to billing department within the first 7 days of your contract.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your ticket.

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, or have any other refund related enquiry, please contact our Billing Team. You can chat with our live support online or you can submit a ticket through our EBusiness Enterprise Support Centre at any time.

Please Note:

Set Up Fees can only be refunded in the following circumstances:

a). For Dedicated Servers prior to the server being built

b). For Web Hosting packages prior to activation of the account, or if the Domain Name requested could not be registered. Successfully registered Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as a cost is incurred on all registrations, and registrars offer no returns policy of their own. However, you will continue to own the Domain Name even if you wish to cancel other OneNetDesign services. Auto Renewal of OneNetDesign services is also excluded from this policy. Please refer to the OneNetDesign Auto Renewal Policy for further details. Under no circumstances will OneNetDesign allow a transfer of funds between accounts.
