• We provide an initial consultation process, a design approval process and finally a sign off process, intended to provide you with exactly what you have agreed and paid for.
• During the creative process, we will have a series of meetings with you or review your questionnaire on how your project should look, feel, navigate, and react. The result of these meetings/review is a concept for your design project.
• We guarantee that your project will be of the highest quality and will be presented to you within the budget you have given us.
• You can view your project process anytime on the secure area of the Internet, where only your organisation will be able to access it. We invite you to review the concept, and make your comments and suggestions.
• We guarantee that at no time will you be billed for additional work unless you have specifically requested additional work be performed and you have pre-approved this request in writing.
• We do not invoice you for your final site until you are completely happy with the end result

During the Development Process, we request your approval to go on to the next phrase in development. If you have approved each step in this process, you are in fact giving us your approval of satisfaction and signing off of that phrase of development so that we can proceed to the next phrase. If for some reason you should change your mind or if your specifications and/or requirements change while the project is in process, we will need to discuss adjusting our quote accordingly and will require your prior approval in writing before initiating the work involved to make changes.
